The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. Got fresh bagels every morning from a spot nearby- that’s Brooklyn for ya! The staff was very friendly and, like they actually cared. Plenty of things within walking distance, which is a big plus for a family.

So I was solo for a night and honestly, the receptionists were super friendly, especially MacKenzie and Jeny! But the whole no fridge/microwave thing? Major bummer. Ended up waiting ages for help with a toilet issue too. I guess location is nice with a train nearby, but for the price, I expected way more.
